Baked Sweet Potatoes in the Air Fryer
I love how good sweet potatoes are in the air fryer. With this recipe you are sure to have perfectly crispy skin and the meat of the potato will be divine!

Below is everything you will need to make the best sweet potatoes you've ever had.
Ingredients:
- 3 medium sized sweet potatoes
- olive oil
- kosher salt
- (optional) toppings such as butter, brown sugar, and cinnamon
How to Make Baked Sweet Potatoes in the Air Fryer

- Preheat the air fryer to 390 degrees Fahrenheit and prepare the air fryer basket.
- Wash and clean the sweet potatoes.
- Cover the sweet potatoes with the olive oil. Take afork and lightly prick the skin all over for each of the sweet potatoes.
- Cover the sweet potatoes with kosher salt.
- Place the sweet potatoes in a single layer in the basket of the air fryer. Cook on 390 degrees Fahrenheit for 40-45 minutes.
- Carefully remove the sweet potatoes from the air fryer basket.
- Slice open the sweet cooked potatoes, fluff the sweet potato flesh, and top with your favorite toppings before serving.

NOTE: All air fryers cook differently. You may or may not need to adjust the time up or down a minute or two. This recipe was made using the Cosori 5.8qt air fryer and using medium-sized sweet potatoes. If you use smaller sweet potatoes, you will need to lower the amount of cook time. If you use larger sweet potatoes, you may need to increase the amount of cook time.

40 minutes at 390 degrees will cook them much too long. Try 25 minutes and check on them. They should not shrivel.
Actually, if you're using a Cosori 5.8qt Air Fryer and you cook 3 medium/large sweet potatoes 40 minutes at 390 degrees is the perfect amount of time. We've done this at least 10 plus times and they are perfect every single time. We would also love for you to actually TRY the recipe before rating it. 🙂
