How to Cook Stuffed Mini Bell Peppers in the Air Fryer
STEP 1: In a bowl, mix the softened cream cheese, shredded cheddar, crumbled bacon, and garlic powder, and stir until well combined.
STEP 2: Slice each mini pepper in half lengthwise and remove the stem, seeds and membranes.
STEP 3: Fill each pepper half with a spoonful of the cream cheese mixture, smoothing it out with the back of a spoon.
STEP 4: Place the stuffed peppers in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Air fry for 5-7 minutes or until the peppers are slightly charred and the filling is warm and bubbly.

Tips
- Use softened cream cheese: This will make mixing the ingredients together much easier and the filling will have a creamy smooth texture.
- Don’t overfill the peppers: Just fill them to the edges of the peppers to prevent the cheese from melting out while air frying.
- Check during air frying: Not all air fryers cook the same to be sure to check them halfway through cook time the first time you make this recipe to avoid overcooking.
