This easy air fryer omelette recipe is a delicious breakfast for busy mornings. It's so light and fluffy, and easy to make with fresh veggies and cheese.

WHY YOU WILL LOVE THIS RECIPE
This air fryer omelette is a great way to start your busy mornings with a healthy breakfast option. Just add your favorite omelette mix-ins to whisked eggs, and you have a delicious breakfast in no time.
One of the best things about this recipe, is that it can be customized for each person. I love bacon, cheese, and onions in mine. But bell peppers, tomatoes, and sausage crumbles, or whatever fillings you like, can easily be added!

INGREDIENTS
- 3 large eggs
- ¼ cup milk
- ¼ cup diced ham
- ⅓ cup shredded cheese
- 2-3 cherry or grape or cherry tomatoes cut into small diced pieces
- 1 tablespoon chopped green onion
Season with kosher salt and ground black pepper as desired
DIRECTIONS
STEP 1
In a medium bowl, whisk the eggs and milk, until the egg yolks and whites are well combined.
STEP 2
Stir in the ham, cheese, tomatoes, and green onions.
STEP 3
Lightly spray your baking dish with non-stick cooking spray. Carefully pour the mixture into the dish. (You can use a 6-inch cake pan, silicone liner, corning ware bowl, or any small oven safe dish.)
STEP 4
Place the bowl into air fryer basket. Air fry at 380 degrees F for 8-10 minutes, stirring just once, halfway through air frying time.
OMELETTE VARIATIONS
Omelettes are so versatile and there are so many ingredients you can use. Just a few of our favorites are:
- bacon bits
- bell peppers
- fresh basil
- black or Kalamata olives
- fresh herbs
- various types of cheese can be substituted, or used to make a cheese omelette. We like cheddar cheese, blue or feta cheese, mozzarella cheese, Monterey jack, or goat cheese.
- For extra flavor or heat, add a pinch of chili powder, taco seasoning, or serve with hot sauce.
I make this recipe in my Cosori air fryer. Depending on your air fryer, size and wattages, cooking time may need to be adjusted 1-2 minutes.
EXPERT TIPS
- You can cut a 6 inch parchment paper circle to line the bottom of the pan. This will help the omelette easily come out of the pan after air frying. If using a small springform pan, this can also help prevent leaking.
- When stirring halfway through the air frying time, just give it a gentle stir. Then let the eggs cook undisturbed for the remaining time so they will be smooth on top.
- Substitute heavy cream for the milk.

STORING AND REHEATING
Store leftover omelettes in an airtight container, after they have cooled. Keep refrigerated for about 3-4 days. Reheat in the microwave or air fryer when you are ready to eat.

For a fluffy omelette, be sure to whisk the eggs for at least 30-60 seconds. This adds air so they will be light at fluffy.
Yes! You can easily add your favorite fillings to this recipe. Just keep in mind that you can overstuff the omelette. Try to keep the total amount of fillings to egg ratio to about 1 cup to 1 ½ cups.
