How to Make Peach Cobbler in Air Fryer
First, prepare your peaches by slicing them and mixing them with the brown sugar, vanilla, and cornstarch. This mixture will create a thick and bubbly filling.
Lightly spray 4 ramekins, or a small baking dish, with nonstick cooking spray, and then spoon peach mixture, divided evenly, into the individual ramekins.
In a separate bowl, combine the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt with the melted butter. Stir together until it has a crumbly texture. Then, sprinkle the crumble topping evenly over the peaches.
Place the ramekins in the air fryer basket and cook at 330 degrees F for 15-18 minutes until the topping is golden brown and bubbling. Check cobbler 10 minutes into the cooking process to make sure the topping isn’t burning, then add an additional 5 minutes of cook time.
Remove cobbler from the air fryer and let sit for 3-5 minutes on a wire rack prior to serving.

How to Store and Reheat
Store any leftover peach cobbler in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 3-4 days. To reheat, place individual portions in the air fryer at 330°F for 5-7 minutes, or until warmed through. If reheating in the microwave, keep in mind it may not be as crisp.

FAQs
What is the difference between a cobbler, crumble or crisp topping?
Cobbler has a biscuit-like dough topping that can either cover the entire dish or be dropped on by the spoonful. A crisp, like this Air Fryer Apple Crisp is a light, streusel topping that is usually made with oats and spooned over fruit filling. A crumble is made just like a crisp but without the oats and sometimes includes nuts.
Can I use fresh, frozen, or canned peaches for air fryer peach cobbler?
Fresh peaches are best, but you can use frozen or canned peaches. They may need to be pat dry with a paper towel if they are soaked in juice. And let frozen peaches thaw first before making this recipe.
What temperature and duration should I set my air fryer for peach cobbler?
Air fryers are different. I use a Cosori air fryer to make this recipe at 330 degrees F. The first time you make this recipe in your air fryer, check it a few minutes early just to make sure it is not overcooking.

Can you use frozen peaches in the cobbler?
Jen West
Yes, but the cook time would be a little more because of the additional moisture. I would consider letting them thaw or get to room temperature first.

It's difficult to get cornstarch where I am, is there anything else I can use instead? ????
Becky Abbott
The cornstarch is a thickener. If it's hard to find, you could try using all purpose flour, but maybe half the amount. Hope that helps.
Julie
I used gluten free flour and added cinnamon and ginger to the topping. This was delicious and easy!!! In my Gourmia air fryer, 15 minutes was perfecdt.
Thanks for the yummy recipe.
