STORING

Store freshly made spice in an airtight container in a dark, dry space. It should last for up to a year. The spices will gradually decrease in strength of flavor and smell over time.

Be sure to store your pumpkin spice in container that is dry. Moisture can cause the spice to clump together, ruining the spice and its flavor.

Don’t forget add sticker labels with the spice with the name and date that it’s made so you keep track of its shelf life.
