These are some of my favorite easy items to cook from frozen.
I love using the air fryer. While a traditional deep fryer cooks by using lots of oil, the air fryer uses a heating element and a fan to help circulate hot air. This hot air is what cooks the food and it's important to note that everything will be a bit healthier when served from an air fryer versus deep frying. Less oil, fewer calories, and fewer fats.

Air Fryer Frozen Sweet Potato Fries
This easy side dish is made in less than 20 minutes. If you're looking for something other than regular fries, grab a bag of sweet potato fries the next time you're in the freezer section.
Sweet potatoes are high in Vitamin A and also have more fiber than regular fries.
For best results, make sure you follow a few simple steps during the prep and cooking process.
First, make sure you don't allow the fries to thaw before cooking them. You want to place them into the air fryer basket directly from the freezer.
Second, ensure you're placing the sweet potato fries in a single layer, with a little room in between each fry. Leaving room in between the sweet potato fries allows more air to circulate and for the fries to get crispy.
Third, while not all air fryers offer a preheating option, it's best to turn on the air fryer and allow it to heat up for a few minutes before adding the fries to the basket.
