- frozen potatoes-seasoned or unseasoned
If you are using unseasoned and want to add your own seasonings:
- olive oil
- kosher salt
- ground black pepper
DIRECTIONS
STEP 1
Preheat air fryer to 400°F. If you don't have a preheat feature, run your air fryer at 400 degrees f for 3-5 minutes.
STEP 2
Transfer the frozen potatoes to the preheated air fryer and arrange them in a single layer.
STEP 3
Air fry at 400 degrees F for 15-18 minutes, until potatoes are golden brown, shake or stir with a spatula, halfway through air frying.
If the potatoes are unseasoned, toss them with olive oil and seasonings before placing them inside the air fryer basket if desired.
TOP TIPS FOR MAKING AIR FRYER FROZEN DICED POTATOES
Although you toss or flip the potatoes during the air frying process, you still don't want to put too many potatoes in the basket. Leave enough space for the air to flow so they can properly crisp on the outside.
I spritzed the potatoes with my olive oil sprayer so they would crisp up but still have that yummy fried taste.
