BRIE IN THE AIR FRYER:
Prepare the cheese by removing the brie rind on top of the cheese wheel only. Leave the rind around the sides and bottom of the cheese.
Place cheese in a small ramekin or on a plate and place in the center of your basket. Air fry at 350 degrees F for 5-7 minutes until the cheese is soft and warm.
While brie cheese is in the air fryer, in a small, microwave safe bowl, combine the cranberries, almonds, and honey or liquor. Stir together and then microwave for 30-45 seconds, until warm.
Sprinkle warm nuts and berry mixture over the brie. Serve warm with bread and crackers.
I make this recipe in my Cosori 5.8 qt. air fryer. Depending on your air fryer size and wattages cooking time may vary 1-2 minutes.
