Air Fryer Pizza Bomb Ingredients:

- mozzarella cheese

I use a Cosori 5.8 quart air fryer. Because air fryers vary, cooking times may need to be adjusted by 1-2 minutes.
How to make Pizza Bombs in Air Fryer
-
Open can of biscuit dough and split each biscuit in half.
-
To prepare the basket, lightly spray with non-stick cooking spray, or line with air fryer parchment paper.
-
On a cutting board roll out dough with a rolling pin or flatten each biscuit by hand on your kitchen counter or cutting board, until they are a ¼ inch in thickness.
-
Spoon 1-2 teaspoons of pizza sauce into the center of each biscuit. Then, add a sprinkle of shredded mozzarella, plus any additional toppings, keeping them all in the center of biscuit.
-
Lift opposite sides of biscuit and pinch together. Then follow the same process with the other two sides around the filling. Pull all pieces together making a small round pillow. Pinch and twist, closing each dough filled ball tight so ingredients don't leak out.
-
Place them on the baking sheet until you are finished shaping all the dough balls. Air fry at 350 degrees for 6-8 minutes, until golden brown. Remove from air fryer basket and serve warm.
