- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- ½ teaspoon smoked paprika
- ½ teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes, adjust to your taste
- ½ teaspoon chili powder
- 1 pinch salt and pepper
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, combine softened butter, minced garlic, chopped parsley, chopped chives, Worcestershire sauce, smoked paprika, red pepper flakes, chili powder, salt, and black pepper.
- Use an electric mixer or large fork to combine the butter with all of the ingredients, until well combined. Taste butter to make sure flavor and seasonings are to your liking. (An electric mixer is much easier and faster!)
- Once the butter is well combined, transfer to parchment paper, wax paper, or plastic wrap. Roll into the shape of a log and wrap tightly.
