I love Air Fryer Potatoes and these Air Fryer Roasted Potatoes are some of the best.

These seasoned petite potatoes are cooked to perfection with onion powder, garlic powder, white pepper, granulated black pepper, salt, and a little paprika.

They are perfect to serve with Air Fryer Honey Garlic Chicken Wings or Air Fryer Kabobs.

Ingredients:

  • petite medley potatoes
  • garlic powder
  • onion powder
  • kosher salt
  • ground black pepper
  • white pepper
  • smoked paprika
  • olive oil
Ingredients needed to make roasted potatoes in the air fryer.

If you don't have all of these spices on hand, you can also consider substituting with a combo cajun seasoning such as Tony Chachere's.

FAQs for Roasted Potatoes in the Air Fryer

What temperature should I cook petite potatoes in the air fryer?

I have personally found the perfect petite potatoes cook at 400 degrees Fahrenheit.

What can I serve with petite potatoes?

Petite potatoes can be dipped in several different things. Some of my favorites include Ranch dressing, honey mustard dressing, cheese sauce, and you can never go wrong with good-ole ketchup.

How long do I cook roasted potatoes in the air fryer?

Every air fryer is different so if you have a stronger powered air fryer, you may need to cut the time a little to ensure you don't overcook the potatoes. However, you may need to add additional time depending on the size of your potatoes and the brand of air fryer you use.
