- petite medley potatoes
- garlic powder
- onion powder
- kosher salt
- ground black pepper
- white pepper
- smoked paprika
- olive oil

How to Make Air Fryer Roasted Potatoes
- Take the potatoes and place them in a colander. Rinse well.
- Use a knife and cut the petite potatoes in half down the center.
- Add the cut potatoes to a medium sized mixing bowl. Coat with olive oil and seasonings. Stir well to coat.
- Add the seasoned potatoes to the basket of the prepared air fryer basket.
- Cook the potatoes at 400 degrees Fahrenheit for 10 minutes.
- Open the air fryer and shake the basket. Continue to cook for an additional 6-10 minutes. (the time will depend on the size of the potatoes and how powerful your air fryer is.)
- Remove the roasted potatoes from the air fryer and top them with fresh parsley before serving.
NOTE: The time to fully cook the potatoes will depend on the type of air fryer you have, as well as the size of the petite potatoes. Start checking the potatoes after 16 minutes of total cooking time.

Petite potatoes can be dipped in several different things. Some of my favorites include Ranch dressing, honey mustard dressing, cheese sauce, and you can never go wrong with good-ole ketchup.
How long do I cook roasted potatoes in the air fryer?
Every air fryer is different so if you have a stronger powered air fryer, you may need to cut the time a little to ensure you don't overcook the potatoes. I personally find that 16-17 minutes for small petite potato halves in my Cosori 5.8 is perfect. However, you may need to add additional time depending on the size of your potatoes and the brand of air fryer you use.
