TIPS FOR MAKING THE BEST QUESADILLAS IN THE AIR FRYER

  • Lightly Brush with Olive Oil: lightly brush both sides of the flour tortillas with olive oil before air frying. This helps the quesadillas get crispy.
  • Don’t Overfill: When adding shredded cheese and other fillings, be careful not to overfill the tortillas. Keeping the fillings in a thin layer, will help prevent them from melting out into the air fryer.
  • Flip Halfway Through Air Frying: flipping halfway during cooking will ensure that both sides become golden and crispy.
