- lean ground beef - I like to use 95% lean ground beef.
- taco seasoning - use your favorite brand or a homemade taco seasoning.
- bell pepper - diced green bell pepper, or use a red pepper for a little sweetness.
- diced tomatoes with chilis - include the juice with this recipe, don't drain it.
- sour cream
- heavy cream
- shredded cheddar cheese - you can also add in some mozzarella and a little cream cheese.
- green onions - optional, but I love the flavors!
I also used the casserole/cake pan that comes in the Cosori accessories package you can find here. You can also use any deep dish oven-safe pan that will fit into your air fryer.
Time needed: 30 minutes.

Pour the meat mixture into the bottom of the casserole dish. Add the egg mixture to the top of the meat mixture.
Add the casserole dish to the preheated air fryer basket and cook at 300 degrees Fahrenheit for 18 minutes. Add the shredded cheddar cheese and cook for an additional 2 minutes or until the cheese is melted.
