Crispy, cheesy and incredibly delicious, these Air Fryer chicken bacon ranch quesadillas are perfect for a quick lunch or dinner.

They come together so effortlessly- you’ll need less than 15 minutes to put these together. These are a step up above my classic Air Fryer quesadillas, and pack in that extra crunchiness from the bacon and some cheesy, salty deliciousness from the ranch.

Rotisserie chicken is an absolute staple in my household and I always have it at hand. It’s so versatile and easy to use- I’ve used it for my Air Fryer chicken taquitos recipe and even quickly whip up my Air Fryer chicken street tacos whenever I want to.

This time, I wanted to put it to use for something that’s more filling and wholesome, and these quesadillas seemed like a great idea.

Recipe Ingredients

  • Chicken bacon: The hero ingredient. This is what brings that delicious, savory crunch.
  • Rotisserie chicken: To bulk up the quesadillas. Sometimes, I like using my leftover Air Fryer grilled chicken here.
  • Butter: To help the quesadillas get that beautiful golden brown color.
  • Ranch dressing: Use your favorite ranch dressing here. Sometimes, I also like to use a sprinkle of my homemade ranch seasoning for extra flavor.
  • Tortillas: I use regular flour tortillas here. You can use corn tortillas if you want to keep it gluten free.
  • Cheese: Any shredded cheese works well. I used cheddar cheese for that sharp flavor.

See recipe card for quantities.

Variations

  • Add a spicy kick to the chicken bacon ranch quesadillas by sprinkling some taco seasoning (I love using my homemade taco seasoning here).
  • Pickled jalapenos, olives and sliced veggies can also be wonderful additions to the quesadillas.

Serving Ideas & Suggestions

Enjoy these crispy Air Fryer chicken bacon ranch quesadillas with your favorite dipping sauces, a veggie side like Air Fryer green beans or Air Fryer zucchini fries or a simple side salad. I personally love pairing this with my cheese sauce!

Recipe Tips & Tricks

  • You can use toothpicks to secure the tortilla on the top and keep it from moving out of place while Air Frying.
  • Layer some Air Fryer peppers and onions in addition to the chicken and cheese to bulk up the ranch quesadillas.
  • I used 8 inch flour tortillas here, but you can use mini tortillas too. In fact, they’re much better to use if you have a smaller Air Fryer.
