TIP: Always use parchment paper with holes to place the cookie dough. It keeps the dough from seeping through the grates of the air fryer basket.
I love making these cookies for the holidays. In fact, the last time I made these they disappeared super fast! Make sure you have all of the ingredients on hand, as you might need to make a second batch!
Ingredients
- butter salted, softened
- brown sugar
- granulated white sugar
- egg
- vanilla extract
- all purpose flour
- baking soda
- dried cranberries
- white chocolate chips
How to Make Cranberry White Chocolate Chip Cookies in the Air Fryer
- Add the flour and baking powder to a medium sized mixing bowl and set aside.
- Cream together the sugar, brown sugar, and butter using a handheld mixer or a stand mixer.
- Add the egg to the butter mixture and mix well. Stir in the vanilla.
- Pour the sugar and butter mixture into the flour mixture and mix well. Pour in the cranberries and white chocolate chips until just combined.
- Prepare the air fryer basket with a nonstick cooking spray or a piece of parchment paper.
- Scoop the cookies into the air fryer basket using a small 1" cookie scoop. Make sure to keep room in between each cookie.
- Air fry the cookies at 300 degrees Fahrenheit for 7-8 minutes, or until the cookies are a light golden brown.
- Allow the cookies to cool for a minute before carefully removing them from the basket and placing them on a cooling rack to cool before serving.
NOTE: All air fryers cook a little differently and at different power wattages. This recipe was made perfectly using a Cosori 5.8qt Air Fryer. If you're using a different air fryer, you may need to add or take away a minute or so to ensure your cookies are cooked thoroughly.

This recipe will make 27 cookies. I make these in 3 batches of 9 cookies, which allows for the perfect amount of speace between each cookie while baking in the air fryer basket.
