In fact, I don’t even preheat the air fryer when it comes to baking.

TIP: Always use parchment paper with holes to place the cookie dough. It keeps the dough from seeping through the grates of the air fryer basket.

I love making these cookies for the holidays. In fact, the last time I made these they disappeared super fast! Make sure you have all of the ingredients on hand, as you might need to make a second batch!

Ingredients

  • butter salted, softened
  • brown sugar
  • granulated white sugar
  • egg
  • vanilla extract
  • all purpose flour
  • baking soda
  • dried cranberries
  • white chocolate chips

How to Make Cranberry White Chocolate Chip Cookies in the Air Fryer

  1. Add the flour and baking powder to a medium sized mixing bowl and set aside.

  2. Cream together the sugar, brown sugar, and butter using a handheld mixer or a stand mixer.

  3. Add the egg to the butter mixture and mix well. Stir in the vanilla.

  4. Pour the sugar and butter mixture into the flour mixture and mix well. Pour in the cranberries and white chocolate chips until just combined.

  5. Prepare the air fryer basket with a nonstick cooking spray or a piece of parchment paper.

  6. Scoop the cookies into the air fryer basket using a small 1″ cookie scoop. Make sure to keep room in between each cookie.

  7. Air fry the cookies at 300 degrees Fahrenheit for 7-8 minutes, or until the cookies are a light golden brown.

  8. Allow the cookies to cool for a minute before carefully removing them from the basket and placing them on a cooling rack to cool before serving.

NOTE: All air fryers cook a little differently and at different power wattages. This recipe was made perfectly using a Cosori 5.8qt Air Fryer. If you’re using a different air fryer, you may need to add or take away a minute or so to ensure your cookies are cooked thoroughly.

  • 1/2 cup butter, salted, softened
