Ingredients:

Ingredients for Homemade Ranch Seasoning:
- Dried parsley

Pour the can of chickpeas into a strainer. Drain chickpeas and rinse them well under cold water, then pat chickpeas dry with a clean kitchen towel or paper towels.
-
Place chickpeas in a medium bowl with oil and toss them until they are well coated. Add in your choice of seasonings and toss them together fully coating the chickpeas.
-
Pour chickpeas into the air fryer basket in a single layer, leaving space between chickpeas so they cook evenly.
-
Air fry at 400 degrees F for 13-15 minutes, until they are crispy and a light golden brown.
-
Serve seasoned chickpeas at any temperature.
I make this recipe in my Cosori 5.8 qt. air fryer. Depending on your air fryer, size and wattages, you may need a few extra minutes of cooking time.
