But let's get back to this recipe. I love bacon-wrapped chicken and the air fryer makes this dish so easy. You won't believe how juicy and flavorful this dish will be.
You only need a handful of ingredients for one of the best dinner dishes in the air fryer.

Ingredients:
- chicken breasts
- bacon
- smoked paprika
- black pepper
- garlic powder
How to Make Bacon Wrapped Chicken in the Air Fryer
- Preheat the Air Fryer to 400 degrees F. Prepare the air fryer basket with nonstick cooking spray or olive oil spray.
- Add the seasonings to a small bowl and set it aside.
- Take the clean and dry chicken breasts and rub both sides evenly with the seasoning rub.
- Wrap each chicken breast with 2 pieces of bacon, trying to keep the ends of the bacon underneath the chicken breast.
- Place the bacon-wrapped chicken breasts into the bottom of the prepared air fryer basket.
- Air Fry the chicken at 400 degrees F for 15 minutes, then turn down the temperature to 370 degrees F for an additional 10-15 minutes, or until the internal temperature has reached 165 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Serve immediately with your favorite sides.

These were perfect! I used a pack of chicken breasts from Costco, and used three slices of bacon for each piece. Everything is bigger from Costco! After the first cooking at 400F for 15 min, I then set to 370F for 12, and the internal temp was 165-167F in the thickest part, just right. Before wrapping them I had salted the breasts and let them sit on a rack in the fridge for several hours. I used Kinder Taco seasoning on them. Absolutely delicious!
