- Canned sliced potatoes
- Rosemary (minced)
- Thyme (minced)
- Sea salt
- Parmesan cheese (grated)
- Olive oil
How to make Air Fryer Sliced Potatoes:
- Place the potatoes in a colander to drain any liquid. Rinse the potatoes in cold water and allow them to drain.
- Add the olive oil and potatoes to a medium-sized bowl, coating the potatoes completely.
- Top the potatoes with rosemary, thyme, and salt. Stir until evenly coated.
- Add the sliced potatoes in air fryer basket. A little overlapping is ok.
- Air fry sliced potatoes at 370 degrees Fahrenheit for 13-15 minutes or until golden brown.
- Carefully remove the potatoes from the air fryer and top them with freshly grated parmesan cheese and chopped parsley before serving.
NOTE: I make this recipe in my Cosori 5.8 qt. air fryer or 6.8 quart air fryer. Depending on your air fryer, size and wattages, cooking time may need to be adjusted 1-2 minutes.

Thank you for this recipe! This was my first time to actually cook with canned potatoes and the air fried sliced potatoes were excellent! I made with my typical spices (Italian seasoning, paprika, garlic powder, salt and pepper). Once they were cooked and while waiting for rest of meal to finish, I tossed in some butter, grated cheese and parsley and let that settle nicely in air fryer until I added to meal. Major yum!
