FAQ’s

Can white chocolate chip and peppermint cookie dough be put in the freezer?

Making extra cookie dough to freeze is a great idea! All you need to do is let the dough thaw out and you are ready to air fry. Just place raw dough into a freezer-safe container for up to 3 months in your freezer. Add peppermint to dough just before air frying as it can melt into the dough if cold.

What can I serve with these cookies?

A cup of hot cocoa with marshmallows, freshly made coffee or peppermint tea will all be delicious with this cookie. They are perfect served on a platter with air fryer pumpkin spice pecans, savory Chex mix or air fryer chocolate croissants.

How do I store leftover cookies?

Allow cookies to fully cool prior to storing them. Place the cookies in a closed container or resealable storage bag on your counter at room temperature for 4-5 days. If you are planning on freezing any leftover cookies place them in an airtight container or freezer storage bag for up to 3 months.

Can I use peppermint extract?

If you do not have peppermint candies, you can use peppermint extract instead. Because extracts have a more concentrated flavor, a little goes a long way.

Kitchen Tips: Use silicone baking mats instead of parchment paper. This will make a lot of dough so you will have to make cookies in batches.
