Air Fryer Beet Chips are a delicious and healthy snack that’s made easy in the air fryer. If you’re looking for something unique and tasty, give this recipe a go!

I love healthy snacks and I have spent a lot of money in the healthy aisles of the grocery purchasing snacks like these beet chips.

Now that I have my air fryer, these beet chips are easy to make. Not only can I make beet chips faster than ever, but I can flavor them up any way I choose.

You don’t need a lot of ingredients to make this recipe. Only a few!

Ingredients:

  • 3 beets
  • olive oil
  • kosher salt
  • ground black pepper

How to Make Beet Chips in the Air Fryer

  1. Carefully peel the beets and then slice them to your desired thickness using a mandolin. (Careful, these are sharp!)

  2. Add the sliced beets into a medium sized mixing bowl and then coat with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Mix until the beets are coated evenly.

  3. Add the beet chips in a single layer into the basket of the air fryer. It’s ok to overlap the beet chips slightly.

  4. Air fry beet chips at 320 degrees Fahrenheit for 30 minutes, carefully flipping the beef chips halfway through the cooking process.

  5. Start checking on the chips with 5 minutes remaining and pull the chips early if they are browning fast. (This will depend on the size and thickness of the slices.)

  6. Remove the beet chips for the air fryer basket and place them on a wire cooling rack for a few minutes before serving.

NOTE: This recipe was made with a 1700 watt basket style 5.8 quart Cosori air fryer. If you are using a different size or different brand of air fryer, you may need to add a minute or two. All air fryers cook a little differently.
