Juicy turkey burgers are quick and easy to make in the air fryer. You only need a handful of ingredients and these healthy turkey burgers are ready to serve in less than 20 minutes.
Air Fryer Hamburgers are also so easy to make, and full of flavor in every bite. They are so much easier to make than grilling, with much less prep work.

How to Make Homemade Turkey Burgers in the Air Fryer
- In a medium sized bowl combine the lean ground turkey meat, garlic powder, salt, pepper and seasoning sauce.
- Shape the meat mixture into four turkey burger patties, keeping them 1⁄2 inch thick.
- Add the turkey patties in a single layer into the air fryer basket and cook at 360 degrees for 7 minutes.
- Flip the patties and continue to cook for about 5 minutes or until cooked throughout and a meat thermometer shows an internal temperature of 165 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Serve immediately on burger buns or a bed of lettuce with your favorite burger toppings such as red onion., lettuce, tomato, a slice of cheese, and turkey bacon.
NOTE: This recipe was made with a 1700 watt basket style 5.8 qt Cosori air fryer. If you're using a different brand of air fryer, you may need to adjust the cooking time and temperature according to the brand you are using. Different air fryers can cook slightly differently at the same air fryer temperatures.

FAQs
How do I cook frozen turkey burgers?
If you are making turkey burgers from a frozen patty, you will want to adjust the cooking time and temperature. For best results, cook the frozen turkey patties at 375 degrees Fahrenheit for 15 minutes, flipping the burgers halfway through the cooking process.
How do I make these turkey burgers even healthier?
One of my favorite ways to eat burgers and cut the extra sugar and carbs is by skipping the burger buns and serving the juicy burger on a bed of crisp lettuce. Serve with a side of sweet potato fries!
How do I change up the flavor with turkey burgers?
I love a flavorful burger, and you can change these up to your liking. Consider adding a little chili powder, red pepper, or Italian seasoning to the turkey meat mixture. You can also top the burger with fresh onion and barbecue sauce. There are so many options and the sky is the limit.
This is a great way to eat a lean, high protein, low carb dish and it is a family favorite that always has great results. My kids are so busy dressing the burgers with their favorite toppings that they typically don't even notice the difference on whether it's beef or turkey.
