I love quick and easy appetizers, and these sausage rolls are one of the easiest to make. My other favorite appetizers are jalapeno poppers, potato skins, and bacon wrapped shrimp.

Ingredients Needed:

  • puff pastry (frozen)
  • sausage links (I like to use pre-made refrigerated)
  • chopped red onion
  • egg white
  • olive oil spray

If you don’t want to place these directly on the air fryer basket, you can also use parchment paper to line the basket. I love using parchment paper, it makes cleanup so much easier.
