Tips for Making the Best Air Fryer Avocado Fries

  • Choose Ripe but Firm Avocados: They should be just ripe enough to eat but firm enough to hold their shape during slicing and cooking.
  • Even Coating: Ensure each slice is thoroughly coated at each stage for the best crispy texture.
  • Don’t Overcrowd: Cook in batches if necessary to allow air to circulate freely around each slice.

Air Fryer Avocado Fries Variations

  • Spicy Version: Add chili powder or cayenne pepper to the breadcrumb mix for a kick.
  • Cheesy Twist: Mix grated Parmesan with the breadcrumbs for extra flavor.
