I love easy appetizers and this one is full of flavor. You only need a few ingredients on hand and about 15 minutes of total time from start to finish.
I love making egg rolls in the air fryer. This avocado bacon egg roll is one of my favorites. It's quick and easy and always a big hit.
You only need to have a few things on hand to make this quick and easy appetizer.
Ingredients:
- bacon (cooked)
- avocado
- shredded cheese blend (I use a Mexican cheese blend)
- water
- avocado oil spray
How to Make Avocado Egg Rolls in the Air Fryer
- Slice the avocado. Cook the bacon.
- Top a wrapper with a teaspoon of shredded cheese.
- Add a slice of avocado to the wrapper and cheese.
- Add a slice of bacon, folded, onto the cheese and avocado slice.
- Add water to the edges of the wrapper and then carefully wrap the avocado and bacon egg roll.
- Add the egg rolls in a single layer into the air fryer basket. Spray the tops with avocado oil.
- Air fry the avocado bacon egg rolls at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 9- 10 minutes.
- Carefully remove from the basket of the air fryer before serving.
NOTE: I make this recipe in my Cosori 5.8 qt. air fryer or 6.8 quart air fryer. Depending on your air fryer, size and wattages, cooking time may need to be adjusted 1-2 minutes.
