Ingredients:
- Sesame oil-for extra heat, try Kadoya Hot Sesame Oil
- Raw Shrimp- peeled and deveined
- Green onions
- Yellow or white onion
- Fresh Ginger
- Garlic
- Soy sauce
- Shredded cabbage
- Shredded carrots
- Egg roll wraps
How to make Air Fryer Shrimp Egg Rolls
- In a large skillet, on medium to high heat, combine sesame oil and chopped shrimp. Stir together until the shrimp starts to turn pinkish color, about 2-3 minutes.
- Stir in the onions, ginger, garlic, soy sauce, cabbage, and carrots. Continue stirring until the vegetables begin to soften and all of the ingredients are well combined about 3-5 minutes. Remove from heat and let mixture slightly cool.
- Lay out wrappers with corners left and right. Fill the center of the wonton with a large spoonful or two of the filling. Fold the bottom corner over the filling and tuck it under.
- Next, fold in the left and right corners, and then turn over to make a large pillow shape.
- Lightly spray the air fryer basket, and place each Egg Roll in the basket without stacking or overlapping. Lightly spray each egg roll to help with crispness and color.
- Air fry at 400 degrees F for 10-12 minutes until golden and crispy. Turn halfway during the air frying process.
I make this recipe in my Cosori Air Fryer. Depending on your air fryer, size and wattages, cooking time may need to be adjusted 1-2 minutes.
How to Serve
I love to enjoy these with a variety of dipping sauces. Sweet chili sauce, duck sauce, sweet and sour sauce, sweet Thai chili sauce, or any of your other favorite dipping sauce choices will pair perfectly with these crispy air fryer egg rolls.
How to Store
These easy shrimp egg rolls are easy to store. Just let them cool down and then add them to an airtight container. For the best results, eat within 2 days.
To reheat and eat a second time, add them to a preheated air fryer and warm them up all the way. 3-4 minutes in the air fryer should do the trick!

Add different meats - You can make chicken egg rolls, pork egg rolls, or even leave out the meat and make vegetable egg rolls.
