What size pan did the recipe use?
Rebecca
I used a 7 inch springform pan. If you don't like your cookie as gooey in the middle, you can half the recipe.
Sara
My air fryer isn’t tall enough. It’s a Ninja. What do you suggest?
Rebecca
Hi Sara,
You can divide the recipe and make in a smaller pan that will fit in your air fryer, or use ramekins for individual Pizookies. Just lower the cook time.
