What you need to make Air Fryer Grilled Pineapple
Grilled Pineapple is so very easy to make, and most of the ingredients you will already have in your kitchen. To make this recipe you will need:
- pineapple, (like Dole Pineapple)
- butter
- brown sugar
- sugar
- vanilla
- cinnamon
Of course you will also need an air fryer to make this recipe. I made this in my Cosori 5.8 quart air fryer, but any air fryer will work.

How to make Grilled Pineapple in the Air Fryer
To begin making this recipe, you will want to find a nice ripe pineapple. When choosing a pineapple, try to find one that looks fresh has green leaves, and are soft.
Once you have your pineapple cut into slices, follow these steps to make the perfect grilled pineapple:

- Place the pineapple slices into a large bowl.
- Pour the melted butter into the bowl, and toss the pineapple until all of the pieces are well coated with the butter.
- Add in the sugars, cinnamon, and vanilla. Toss the pineapple until they are evenly coated in the mixture.
- Place the coated pineapple slices into the air fryer basket.
- Cook at 380 degrees Fahrenheit for about 10 minutes.
- Halfway through cooking, toss the pineapple and pour any remaining butter and sugar mixture from the bowl onto the pineapple.

After you are done cooking the pineapple, you can decide how you want to serve it. We like it as a yummy warm side dish, but it can also be a warm dessert topped with ice cream. Either way, you will love it.
