What you need to make blueberry muffin bites in the air fryer
Of course you will need an air fryer. I used my Cosori 5.8 quart air fryer to make these bites. They cooked very fast, so even if you have a different air fryer, the recipe will work, just keep a watch on them as they cook if it's the first time you are making them.

Besides an air fryer, you will need:
- all purpose flour
- sugar
- cinnamon
- milk
- unsalted butter
- egg
- vanilla
- fresh or frozen blueberries
I always have frozen blueberries in the freezer so I use those more often, but I have made this recipe with both fresh and frozen blueberries, and the muffins are delicious either way. If you have extra blueberries, you will love these Air Fryer Blueberry Cheesecake Wontons.
How to make air fryer blueberry muffin bites
To make these bites, grab a large bowl, and add the flour, sugar, and cinnamon together. Next, you will pour in milk, melted butter, egg, and vanilla. Stir it together with a fork until it becomes a batter.
Once that is done, add the blueberries and gently stir them into the batter. Then use a portion scoop or large spoon and fill silicone cups about ¾ full. If you don't have silicone liners, you can use paper, but the silicone are just sturdier and will be more secure.
Carefully place them in the air fryer basket, or on a small flat baking sheet, depending on your air fryer. Air fry them at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 4-6 minutes, until the tops are lightly golden.
FAQ's:
Can I use paper liners in the air fryer?
Yes. You can use any pan or dish you would use in a traditional oven in your air fryer. Glass, ceramic, metal or silicone cookware can all be used as long as they fit in your air fryer.
How do you keep the blueberries from turning the muffin bites blue?
If you gently fold them into the batter, that should be fine. But if you are really wanting to keep the juices from turning your batter blue, you can coat the blueberries in a light dusting of flour.
