FAQs

What sort of bacon should I use for bacon wrapped corn dogs?

I use one piece of thin sliced bacon for each of my regular sized corn dogs. If you want the entire corn dog to be covered in bacon, Use two pieces and allow them to overlap slightly when you’re applying the bacon to the corn dog. This will allow for the shrinkage that occurs during the cooking process.

How long should I cook bacon wrapped corn dogs in the air fryer?

I use a 5.8qt Cosori air fryer and I find that 10 minutes is the perfect amount of cook time for one pieces of bacon. If you are completely covering the corn dog with two pieces of bacon and over lapping pieces, you may need to add an additional minute or two to reach your desired level of crispness.
