How to Make Red Velvet Cake Mix Cookies in the Air Fryer
Prepare the airfryer basket by placing a piece of parchment paper in the bottom.
Combine the cake mix, oil, and eggs in a large mixing bowl. Mix until the ingredients are combined and the dough is thick.
Add the white chocolate chips and mix into the cookie dough until they are evenly distributed.
Use a small scoop or spoon and drop scoops of dough into the prepared basket of your air fryer. Be sure to allow room for the dough to spread. Depending on the size of your air fryer, you will probably have to bake these in two batches.

So quick and so easy!
NOTE: Not all air fryers cook the same. While my cookies may only take 4 minutes, your cookies could take 5 minutes or more. Test a small batch of cookies before you make them if you have never baked in the air fryer before.

Depending on the size and type of cookies, they could take anywhere from 4 to 9 minutes. Cake mix cookies cook a bit faster than regular cookie dough.
