How to Make Red Velvet Cake Mix Cookies in the Air Fryer

Prepare the airfryer basket by placing a piece of parchment paper in the bottom.

Combine the cake mix, oil, and eggs in a large mixing bowl. Mix until the ingredients are combined and the dough is thick.

Add the white chocolate chips and mix into the cookie dough until they are evenly distributed.

Process photos to make red velvet cake mix cookies in the air fryer.

Use a small scoop or spoon and drop scoops of dough into the prepared basket of your air fryer. Be sure to allow room for the dough to spread. Depending on the size of your air fryer, you will probably have to bake these in two batches.

Air fry on the bake mode at 370 degrees Fahrenheit for 5 minutes per batch.

NOTE: Not all air fryers cook the same. While my cookies may only take 4 minutes, your cookies could take 5 minutes or more. Test a small batch of cookies before you make them if you have never baked in the air fryer before.

Yes, you can! However, the dough might try to seep through the bottom of your basket. To prevent that, add a piece of parchment paper to the bottom of the air fryer basket.

Ingredients 

  • 1 Red Velvet Cake Mix
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 3/4 cup white chocolate chips

Instructions 

  • Prepare the airfryer basket by placing a piece of parchment paper in the bottom. Poke holes in the paper for air flow if needed.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the cake mix, oil, and eggs. Mix until all of the ingredients are combined and it is a thick dough.
  • Add the white chocolate chips and mix into the cookie dough until they are evenly distributed.
  • Use a small scoop or spoon and drop scoops of dough into the prepared basket of your air fryer. Be sure to allow room for the dough to spread. Depending on the size of your air fryer, you will probably have to bake these in to batches.
  • Cook at 370 degrees for 4-5 minutes per batch.
