HOW TO MAKE PEACHES:
-
Rinse fresh peaches, pat dry with towels and then slice them in half. Remove pits from the middle.
-
Brush both sides of the peach with coconut oil. Then, place peaches in a single layer in your air fryer basket, cut side down. Air fry at 350 degrees F for 5-6 minutes.
-
When done air frying, turn peaches cut-side-up and air fry for an additional 5 minutes.

While peaches are air frying, combine brown sugar, softened butter and the teaspoon ground cinnamon in a small bowl.

Once peaches are done, divide and spoon the butter and brown sugar mixture into the middle of peach (inside each slice of peach).

-
Serve while warm or hot.
I make this recipe in my Cosori 5.8 qt. air fryer. Depending on your air fryer, size and wattages, cooking time may need to be adjusted 1- 2 minutes.
FAQ's
Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days in your refrigerator. I would not recommend storing them in your freezer. Cooked peaches do not freeze well.
You can slice them and put on top of warm French toast, waffles or pancakes. They are a great addition to a fruit salad or savory salad, or peach slices cut and paired with a grilled pork chop, piece of chicken or smoked pulled pork will all be enticing.
For a crunchy topping, use chopped nuts, granola, cracker crumbs mixture, or dusting of powdered sugar. These peaches are also delicious topped with dried cranberries, banana ice cream, a drizzle of honey, whipped heavy cream, maple syrup or a scoop of ice cream.
