Ingredients
- English muffins-like Thomas' English Muffins
- Pizza sauce
- Mozzarella cheese
- Optional Toppings: Such as pepperoni, mushrooms, ham, pineapple, olives, onions
How to make English Muffin Pizzas in Air Fryer
- Air frying four muffin halves at a time, place muffins in the air fryer, cut side up. Air fry at 380 degrees F for 2-4 minutes until slightly crispy.
- Remove muffins from the air fryer. Spread about one tablespoon onto each muffin. Top with cheese and preferred toppings.
- Return to the air fryer basket and air fry again at 380 degrees F for 3-5 minutes until the cheese melts.
I make this recipe in my Cosori air fryer. Depending on your air fryer, size and wattages, cooking time may need to be adjusted 1-2 minutes.

This English muffin pizza recipe is the best! You just have to follow the recipe for this easy snack, and that's it! You'll have a crispy crust in no time at all, perfectly golden brown. You can top it with Italian seasoning and fresh oregano, and you're all set.

- 1 cup mozzarella cheese shredded
