- bell pepper
- breadcrumbs
- garlic salt

How to Make Crab Cakes in the Air Fryer
- Heat the air fryer to 390 degrees F.
- Mix ingredients in a large bowl.
- Measure out patties with ½ cup measuring cup.
- Form the patties to be no larger than 1" thickness.
- Add patties to the prepared air fryer basket. Spray the tops of the patties. Cook for 8 minutes.
- Spray the top of the patties and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes.
- Carefully remove the crab cakes from the air fryer basket and garnish with green onion tops and serve with tartar sauce.
NOTE: All air fryers cook differently. This recipe was made using a Cosori 5.8 air fryer. If you're using a different air fryer you may need to add additional time or even cook for a little less time. This recipe should be used as a guide if you're using a different air fryer.

- 12 oz crab
- 2 eggs
- 3 tbsp mayo
- ½ bell pepper red
- ½ cup breadcrumbs
- ¼ tsp garlic salt
- ¼ tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 390 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Add crab, eggs, breadcrumbs, diced bell pepper, mayo, and seasonings to a medium sized mixing bowl. Mix until combined.
- Measure out patties with ½ cup measuring cup and keep them no thicker than 1" thickness.
- Add the crab patties to the prepared air fryer basket. Spray the tops of the patties. Cook for 8 minutes.Â
- Spray the top of the patties and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes. The tops should be a crispy golden brown.
- Garnish with fresh green onion tops and serve with tarter sauce.
