Air Fried Thin Mints are a super fun dessert when Girl Scout cookies are around! If you haven't tried fried thin mints, you're in for a treat!
By now you know that I love my Air Fryer. If you are new to the Air Fryer or an old pro, you will love the recipes we share here on Air Frying Foodie.
You can find dinners, desserts, sides, healthy dishes, weight watchers, keto-friendly, and more.
One of my favorite things to make in the Air Fryer is desserts. You can make quick and easy desserts in just minutes. In fact, the only thing holding you back is your imagination!
I love it when the Girl Scouts come around and I love the classic Thin Mint cookies. I remember being younger and how much I learned being a part of the Girl Scout program.
Now I enjoy donating to their causes as well as purchasing my favorite cookies during cookie season.
These Air Fryer Think Mints only take a few minutes and a couple of ingredients. It's a simple recipe everyone will love.
Ingredients:
- Thin Mints
- Powdered Sugar
- Crescent Rolls
TIP: When preparing the air fryer basket for these cookies, you can do so in a couple of ways. You can use a non-stick spray (check out the best oils for the Air Fryer here) or you can use parchment paper.
I like to use Parchment paper because it makes cleaning the basket even easier than nonstick spray.
How to Make Air Fryer Thin Mints
1. Preheat the air fryer to 360 degrees Fahrenheit and prepare the air fryer basket.
2. Open and separate the crescent roll dough into single crescent dough sheets.
3. Place a cookie at the wide end of the crescent dough sheet and then toll the dough to cover the entire cookie. Finish with the remainder of the cookies and crescent sheets.
4. Place the cookies onto a piece of parchment paper or prepared basket and then bake for 4-5 minutes, or until the dough is golden brown.
5. Carefully remove the Air Fryer Thin Mints and sprinkle with powdered sugar. Serve warm.
