How to make Delicious Bacon Cinnamon Rolls
- Place the bacon slices in the basket of the air fryer in a single layer. (It’s ok if the bacon overlaps a little) Close the basket door and air fry at 380 degrees Fahrenheit for 8-10 minutes. Check the bacon after 8 minutes for doneness. Don’t let it get too crispy or it will break when rolling.
- While bacon is cooking, open cinnamon roll package, and separate dough. Reserve icing packet for later. If using homemade cinnamon roll dough, cut into 6 x 1-inch strips to use for this recipe.
- When bacon is done, unroll each strip of dough. Place one to two strips of bacon on each piece of dough, and then re-roll the cinnamon roll into its original shape. Repeat with all cinnamon rolls.
- Lightly spray the air fryer basket with nonstick cooking spray, or line with air fryer parchment paper. Place the cinnamon roll dough in the Air Fryer basket, leaving a little space in between each cinnamon roll.
- Air fry at 360 degrees F for 6- 8 minutes to allow the cinnamon rolls to fully cook, until they are a golden brown color. If you want the tops to be a little crispier, consider adding an additional minute to the cook time.
- Remove the cinnamon rolls from the Air Fryer and top the rolls with icing while they are still warm. Serve immediately. Top with powdered sugar or chocolate chips while warm, if using.
I make this recipe in my 6.8 Quart Cosori Air Fryer. Depending on your air fryer, size and wattages, cooking time may need to be adjusted 1-2 minutes.

FAQ’s
I use regular bacon, but you can use thick cut bacon or thin cut bacon for this recipe. Just remember to adjust the cooking time by 1-2 minutes according to thickness.
Not at all. You can use a standard package of cinnamon roll and then just use one slice of bacon for each roll, instead of two.
You can also chop bacon into small pieces, and then after making Air Fryer Cinnamon Rolls, frost first, and then sprinkle the bacon pieces on top of the rolls before serving.
