FAQ’s

Can I use other types of pickles?

There are a number of types of pickles that are available today in grocery stores or found freshly made in local farmers markets. A few that I really like are olive dill pickles, spicy dill pickle spears, sweet whole pickles or horseradish bread and butter pickles. All of these will be wonderful to use when making this air fryer recipe.

How do I store leftover pickle poppers?

Let the pickles completely cool prior to storing them. Place them in an airtight container or resealable storage bag in your refrigerator for up to 5 days. Place them in an airtight container or freezer storage bag in your freezer for up to 2 months.

What can I serve with this dish?

These pickles are super tasty on their own because they are salty, sour and crispy. You can also serve them with jalapeño poppers or as a side dish for Air Fryer Chicken or Air Fryer Steak.

What vegetable makes pickles?

Pickles are generally made from cucumbers. Cucumbers or other vegetables are preserved in a brine or vinegar mixture for a number of hours, days or even weeks. The longer they sit in either mixture the cucumber will soak up those flavors and become more and more yummy.
