This Air Fryer Strawberry Banana Bowl is a delicious summer treat that tastes like a warm ice cream sundae but without the ice cream. Made with strawberries, bananas, marshmallows, and chocolate topping.

This Strawberry Banana Bowl is one of my favorite easy desserts to make in the air fryer. All you need to have on hand is some fresh fruit, marshmallows, and chocolate topping.

Items Needed:

  • 3″ Ramekins
  • Banana
  • Strawberries
  • Marshmallows
  • Chocolate topping
  • Cosori air fryer

How to Make Strawberry Banana Bowls in the Air Fryer:

  1. Slice the strawberries and banana into small bite-sized pieces.

  2. Add marshmallows, strawberries, and banana slices to the ramekins.

  3. Place the ramekins in a single layer in the air fryer basket.

  4. Air fry the strawberry banana bowls at 340 degrees Fahrenheit for 3-4 minutes, or until the marshmallows start to turn light brown.

  5. Carefully remove the ramekins from the air fryer basket and drizzle with chocolate topping before serving.

NOTE: This recipe was made with a basket style 5.8qt Cosori Air Fryer. If using a different brand of air fryer, make sure to check on the recipe after a couple of minutes to ensure it’s cooking correctly. You may need to add a minute or two.

Can I add other items to this recipe?

You can add other fruits to this recipe such as blueberries, blackberries, and even sliced pineapple. You can also add some chopped nuts, and even serve this dish with a scoop of ice cream.

Can I use a different topping?

If you prefer to use a different topping, consider using strawberry, caramel, butterscotch, or even peanut butter toppings with this recipe.

Equipment

  • 1 Air Fryer

Ingredients 

  • 1 medium banana
  • 5 medium strawberries
  • 8 medium marshmallows, cut in half
  • 3 Tablespoons chocolate topping

Instructions 

  • Slice the strawberries and banana into bite sized pieces.
  • Add the mashmallow, strawberries, and banana pieces to 3" ramekins.
  • Place the ramekins in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
  • Air fry the strawberry banana bowls at 340 degrees Fahrenheit for 3-4 minutes, or until the marshmallows start to turn light brown.
  • Carefully remove the ramekins from the air fryer basket and drizzle the top with chocolate topping.

Notes

This recipe was made using a basket-style 5.8 qt Cosori Air Fryer. If using a different brand of air fryer, you may need to adjust the cooking times accordingly. 
Consider adding additional fruits such as blueberries, blackberries, pineapple, and more. 
Top with fresh chopped nuts, ice cream, or different toppings such as butterscotch, strawberry topping, or caramel.
