HOW TO MAKE REINDEER CHOW IN AIR FRYER
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the cereals and pretzels.
- Add in the melted butter, brown sugar, and vanilla. Stir the ingredients together, then pour mixture over cereal, until coated.
- Pour the Chex Mix into the air fryer basket or evenly spread onto a baking sheet. Work in batches if you are using a smaller air fryer.
- Air Fry at 250 degrees for 10 minutes, shaking the basket or stirring the mixture, halfway through the cooking time.
- Once it is done, allow it to completely cool. To quicken the process, you can place the bowl in the refrigerator for about 15 minutes, or pour onto parchment paper to let cool.
- Once the mix is cooled or at room temperature, add in the popcorn, marshmallows and M and M's, and white chips. Stir together until they are evenly distributed throughout the Chex mix snack.
I make this recipe in my Cosori 5.8 qt. air fryer. Depending on your air fryer, size and wattages, cooking time may need to be adjusted 1-2 minutes.
