STEP 4
Fold bottom corn over the filling and tuck under. Next, fold in the left and right corners, and then turn over, (rolling like a burrito) to make a large pillow shape. Dip you one or two fingers in water, or use a pastry brush, and then trace the wrapper with water, just on the outer edges, so when you fold them, they will seal.

STEP 5
Lightly spray the air fryer basket with nonstick cooking spray, and place each rolls in air fryer, in a single layer, without stacking or overlapping.

  • Leave meat out to make vegetable egg rolls.

  • When it comes to dipping sauces, the options are also endless. Sweet chili sauce, duck sauce, sweet and sour sauce, yum yum sauce, or just soy sauce, are all great choices for dipping these egg rolls.
  • For fun bite size snacks, use won ton wrappers and fold the corners and pinch together. The wrappers are made exactly the same as the egg roll wrappers, so they will have the same great taste, but can just be fun bites for parties or game days.
