I love easy appetizers and this one is full of flavor. You only need a few ingredients on hand and about 15 minutes of total time from start to finish.

I love making egg rolls in the air fryer. This avocado bacon egg roll is one of my favorites. It’s quick and easy and always a big hit.

You only need to have a few things on hand to make this quick and easy appetizer.

Ingredients:

  • bacon (cooked)
  • avocado
  • shredded cheese blend (I use a Mexican cheese blend)
  • water
  • avocado oil spray

How to Make Avocado Egg Rolls in the Air Fryer

  1. Slice the avocado. Cook the bacon.

  2. Top a wrapper with a teaspoon of shredded cheese.

  3. Add a slice of avocado to the wrapper and cheese.

  4. Add a slice of bacon, folded, onto the cheese and avocado slice.

  5. Add water to the edges of the wrapper and then carefully wrap the avocado and bacon egg roll.

  6. Add the egg rolls in a single layer into the air fryer basket. Spray the tops with avocado oil.

  7. Air fry the avocado bacon egg rolls at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 9- 10 minutes.

  8. Carefully remove from the basket of the air fryer before serving.

NOTE: I make this recipe in my Cosori 5.8 qt. air fryer or 6.8 quart air fryer. Depending on your air fryer, size and wattages, cooking time may need to be adjusted 1-2 minutes.

  • 1 Air Fryer

  • 1 medium avocado
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheese, Mexican blend
  • 10 pieces bacon, cooked
  • 10 egg roll wrappers
  • 2 Tablespoons water
  • 1 teaspoon avocado oil, in a spray bottle
