I love making hand pies in the air fryer. They are easy to put together and quick to cook.

Ingredients:
- strawberries
- Nutella
- refrigerated premade pie dough
- egg
TIP:
To make these hand pies I use a little hand held pie maker. You don't need this to make them! You can use a bowl or plate as your guide and use a butter knife to cut around the edges.
Optional: I made these for Valentine's day so I cut cute little heart shapes into the dough.

How to Make Strawberry Hand Pie in the Air Fryer
- Unroll the pie dough and cut out the dough for each hand pie.
- Top the pie dough with Nutella and sliced strawberries.
- Cut little shapes into the dough if desired. Fold the dough over and use a fork to crimp and seal the edges.
- Place the hand pies in a single layer in the air fryer basket and brush with egg.
- Air fry hand pies at 380 degrees Fahrenheit for 5-6 minutes or until golden brown.
- Carefully remove the pies from the air fryer and serve.
NOTE: I make this recipe in my Cosori 5.8 qt. air fryer or 6.8 quart air fryer. Depending on your air fryer, size and wattages, cooking time may need to be adjusted 1-2 minutes.
These hand pies are so good! They are delicious all on their own.
I also love to top them with a little powdered sugar before serving.
