  • Garlic powder
  • Italian Seasoning

How to make Crispy Gnocchi Recipe in Air Fryer

  1. In a large bowl, to gnocchi with olive oil, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and salt, until all pieces are well coated.

  2. Pour gnocchi into the air fryer basket, and spread evenly.

  3. Air fry at 380 degrees F for 13-15 minutes, tossing gnocchi 2-3 times during the air frying process. You can add an additional 2-4 minutes until they reach your desired crispness.

  4. Serve with marinara sauce and garnish with parsley flakes and parmesan cheese.
