What you need to make Air Fryer Christmas Brownie Mix Cookies
I make these cookies in my Cosori air fryer. I use a small portion scoop like this one, so I can have a consistent size cookie. I also line my basket with air fryer parchment paper. Having a liner prevents the dough from sticking to the basket, or going into the holes at the bottom.
Besides an air fryer, to make these cookies, the ingredients you need are:
- box brownie mix
- eggs
- vegetable oil
- all-purpose flour
- holiday chocolate candies

How to make Brownie Mix Cookies in the Air Fryer
To make these brownie mix cookies, use a large mixing bowl, pour the brownie mix, then add the eggs, oil, and flour. Whisk or beat the ingredients together until they form a fudgy brownie batter.
Next, add in Holiday candies, such as red and green M and M's, white chips, or milk chocolate chips, and stir into the batter.
Use a spoon or portion scoop to scoop the mixture onto the parchment paper lining the air fryer basket. Leave about one inch between the dough so the cookies have room to spread as they cook.
Air Fry at 370 degrees Fahrenheit for 6 to 8 minutes. Once the cookies are done cooking, let them cool inside the oven for about two to three minutes before removing. This will allow the cookies to set before lifting them from the basket. Cook time may vary a few minutes.

These did not work out for me. The tops looked great, but the bottoms were goo. I’m eating anyway????♀️

these look great and are certainly easy enough to make. Love using my air fryer for cooking, haven't baked brownies/cake, etc. in it though. My only problem with nearly all recipes I find are for the basket type, and mine in a farberware with 3 shelves, identical to the nutrawave one, and you don't know where to place the cooking tray. Any thought on how to determine it? Also recipes should show the wattage, mine is 1500, but I've seen some that are 1000 and some 2000, which obviously would adjust all cooking times

Hi Tony. I would place the cookies as close to the middle of the oven as possible. I would also recommend doing a test time for just a couple of cookies to see how your oven cooks the dough. The recipes for air frying are guides-because yes, all air fryers are different. I use my Cosori 5.8 quart oven to make most of my recipes. Thanks!
