This recipe makes a wonderful fall treat for all to enjoy. Because fall is the perfect time of year for warm spices, these pumpkin spice pecans will be a favorite!
2 cups pecan halves ⅓ cup brown sugar packed 2 tablespoons unsalted butter melted 1 tablespoon honey 2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice 1 teaspoon vanilla ½ teaspoon cinnamon ¼ teaspoon salt
In a medium bowl, add pecans, brown sugar, melted butter, honey, pumpkin spice, vanilla, cinnamon, and salt. Stir together until fully combined.
Toss pecans with mixture until they are well coated. Place pecans in a single layer into your lined air fryer basket with parchment paper or spray basket with non stick cooking spray.
Air fry at 320 degrees F for 6-8 minutes, shaking basket halfway through the cook time.
When they are finished air frying, place them on a baking sheet until they are dry and cooled.
