Air  Fryer Pumpkin Spice Donut Holes

Air Fryer Pumpkin Spice Donut Holes are a perfect breakfast food, treat, or snack to enjoy while sipping your pumpkin spice cup of coffee.

INGREDIENTS

  2 tablespoons butter softened  ¾ cup brown sugar  ½ cup granulated sugar  1 teaspoon vanilla 1 large egg  2 tablespoons milk  ⅓ cup pumpkin puree  2 cups all purpose flour  1 teaspoon pumpkin spice  1 teaspoon baking powder  ½ tsp baking soda Coating  4 tablespoons melted butter  ½ cup sugar  1 tablespoon cinnamon 1 tsp pumpkin spice

 In a medium mixing bowl, or using a stand mixing bowl, beat the butter with the sugars, egg, and vanilla until it is smooth and creamy.  Add in the milk, pumpkin puree, flour, pumpkin spice, baking powder, and baking soda. Beat together on medium speed until it is well combined and forms a batter.

1    PREP

Use a small cookie scoop to fill the silicone liners. Place the filled liner into the basket.

2 PREP

Air Fry at 350 degrees Fahrenheit, for 7-9 minutes, until they are golden brown.

3 AIR FRY

. Once they are done cooking, remove them from the basket. Brush them with melted butter, then roll them in the Cinnamon Sugar mixture until they are well coated.
