Hasselback potatoes are one of my favorite sides to serve, and these Air Fryer Hasselback Potatoes are even better. Perfectly crispy outside and fully cooked inside.
– 4 medium Russet potatoes – 4 tbsp olive oil extra virgin – 1 tsp ground black pepper – ½ tsp kosher salt – 1 tsp garlic powder – 1 tsp onion powder – 2 tbsp parmesan cheese optional – 1 tbsp parsley chopped, fresh, optional
Slice the potatoes into ¼" sections, careful not to cut all the way through the potato.Add olive oil and seasoning to a small bowl and mix well until combined.
Bake the potatoes at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 20 minutes. Open the basket and brush the remainder of the mixture to the potatoes and continue to cook for an additional 20 minutes.
Add the parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, and garlic powder to the pasta and stir until well combined.
SERVE!
