Air Fryer Two Ingredient Bagels are easy to make with just two basic ingredients; Greek Yogurt and Self-Rising Flour. Add your favorite toppings and you have a delicious Weight Watchers friendly bagel.
– 1 cup self rising flour – 1 cup non-fat Greek yogurt – 1 large egg, for wash OPTIONAL TOPPINGS: – 1 tbsp Everything but the Bagel Seasoning
To make this bagel recipe, in a mixing bowl, combine one cup of self rising-flour and yogurt into a medium bowl. Stir them together with a rubber spatula or wooden spoon until it begins to thicken and forms a ball of dough.
Place the dough onto a well floured surface and cut into 4 or 6 even pieces of dough. Turn the dough into bagels, by rolling each wedge into a small rope, about 6-8 inches in length. Connect the ends of each piece, into a bagel shape circle.
Whisk the egg in a small bowl, and then using a pastry brush, brush bagels with the egg wash. Sprinkle any toppings onto the bagels before you cook them. Next, place the bagels into the air fryer basket.
Air fry the bagels at 350 degrees Fahrenheit and cook for about 10 minutes. The bagels will begin to turn golden brown when they are done. Cooking times may vary. –
