Air Fryer Truffle Fries are crunchy, golden brown with a wonderful earthy flavor. The finished product has a maximum crispiness factor in every tasty bite.
– 4 medium Russett potatoes – 3 Tablespoons parsley chopped, fresh – 3 Tablespoons truffle oil white – ½ teaspoon sea salt truffle or Kosher – ½ cup parmesan cheese freshly shredded
–– Carefully remove skin on potatoes and slice them lengthwise into fries.
– Place the potatoes into a bowl of ice water and allow them to soak for 10 minutes (this will make crispy potatoes).
– Drain the potatoes and use paper towels or a clean kitchen towel to remove any excess water from the potatoes. – Transfer the potatoes to a medium-sized mixing bowl. – Toss the fries with truffle oil and salt. Mix until the fries are fully coated.
– Place the truffle fries into the air fryer basket and air fry at 350 degrees F for 20 minutes, flipping the fries halfway through the cooking process. –
