This easy Air Fryer Steak makes a perfectly juicy steak, perfect for any weeknight meal or special occasion!
– 2 6-8 ounce steaks sirloin, new york, or T-bone – 1 tablespoon olive oil – ½ teaspoon kosher salt – ½ teaspoon black pepper
Remove steaks from your refrigerator and place them on a plate or cutting board for approximately 30-60 minutes before cooking. Once steaks have reached room temperature brush both sides of each piece of steak with light olive oil and season steaks with salt and ground pepper.
Air fry at 400 degrees F for 10-14 minutes, turning halfway through cooking process. Depending on your personal preference of steak doneness. For larger steaks or thicker steak, cooking times will vary.
When done air frying steak, remove basket from air fryer and place steaks on a cutting board or cookie sheet to let steak rest for 10-15 minutes prior to serving.
